Our Facilities

CEL consists of manual, semi-automated and fully-automated process lines (nickel plating, copper plating, tin plating, silver plating, gold plating, abs plastic plating, electroless nickel plating, multi-layer coatings, passivation, coating / spraying room). To support the processes and ensure compliance in the environmental requirements and to achieve high quality products, CEL has built its own Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) and De-ionized (DI) Water Plant.

Our engineering and maintenance workshop was established to facilitate the fabrication, repair and preventive maintenance tasks. Two laboratories were put up in order to perform analysis and evaluation of the daily processes and for R&D purposes. Our available reliability testing equipment are X-ray Thickness Checker, V-Analyzer, Salt Spray Testing Machine, Colouscope Measurement System, Teraohmeter, Microscopes and other quality inspection equipment.
